Tealbook uses a rule-based system to evaluate legal entity (LE) candidates for each incoming supplier record (from the Vendor Master file).
It aims to automatically select the best candidate without requiring user intervention.
Each rule:
Evaluates specific conditions.
Potentially produces a match decision.
If no match is found, the flow proceeds to evaluate the next rule in sequence.
The rules are listed in the table below according to their priority. When a certain candidate is selected as the best match, the flow completes for that supplier record.
There are 2 types of rules:
Automatic match - the selected candidate is the best match for the supplier record.
Suggested match - the selected candidate may be the best match for the supplier record (requires a human review).
