Summary
This rule uses scores generated by the Tealbook AI matcher to automatically match records. It is executed after all case-specific rules are evaluated, and only if a high-confidence candidate is available.
Auto-Match Conditions
The system auto-matches the highest-scoring candidate only if all the following conditions are met:
The candidate is active (
inactiveisfalse).The score is above the threshold (mostly 95).
There is no tie at the top after rounding and comparing top scores.
