Dear TealBook Community,
Seasons Greetings from the TealBook support team! We are quickly approaching the holiday season and we are announcing a change to our support schedule to accommodate the winter break.
The TealBook Support Team will be unavailable from Thursday December 25, 2025 through January 2, 2026 as we are closed for the winter holiday break. Any issues reported during this time will be reviewed based on severity for triage and prioritization first thing Monday January 5th, 2026.
