The Excel file linked below provides the data requirements Tealbook needs to properly match your suppliers with legal entities and enrich them. It has two tabs:

When uploading your own Vendor Master file to Tealbook, keep the following in mind:
File Format
Supported file types for uploads: XLSX (Excel) and CSV (both should have UTF8 encoding).
The relevant data must be provided in a tab named Vendor Master (case insensitive).
Required Fields
Your file must include all mandatory fields as outlined in the schema. Missing mandatory fields will trigger an error message prompting you to add the necessary columns before resubmitting.
The mandatory header fields include:
- Internal supplier id - This is the unique identifier you use to reference an individual supplier.
- Company name - This is the name of the supplier that we will leverage to find a match within our database.
