Overview:
We’re thrilled to announce the release of an exciting new functionality in the SDP User Console - the ability to export Matched, Unmatched, and Original supplier data as a CSV.
The Matched Suppliers export contains all of the records from a specific enrichment request that have been matched so far. It includes your vendor master value, TealBook’s value, TealBook’s trust score, and the recommended value for each available attribute based on your organization’s business rules.
The Unmatched Suppliers export contains all of the records from a specific enrichment request that were unable to be matched. This includes records that failed processing (i.e. due to some system error) and could be rerun, records that were dropped due to some data error (e.g. missing values in a mandatory field such as name or address), and records that we did not find a match for in our database.
The Original Load File export is the vendor master data that your organization submitted to create this enrichment request.
The process to retrieve a CSV export is:
- Login to the SDP User Console.
- On the Dashboard page, click into the row in the Pipelines table for the Pipeline_ID that you would like to export data for to open the Pipeline Overview page.
- Once on the Pipeline Overview page for the chosen Pipeline_ID, click the Download button and select the file you would like to export.
- Click ‘Export’.
- You can click ‘View Downloads’ to open the Downloads modal and/or you can navigate back to the Pipeline Overview page by clicking outside of the ‘Your file is processing’ modal.
- Refresh the page and click ‘View Downloads’ to open the Downloads modal.
a. It may take a few minutes for your file to process depending on the size of the file you’ve requested. - Once your file is ready, it will appear within this modal.
a. You may need to refresh your page a few times until the file is done processing. - Once the file has been processed, it can be downloaded at any time from this modal.
